UK Shipping Policy
At The Peptide Archive, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and fully tracked delivery throughout the United Kingdom. Orders are professionally packed and dispatched using trusted delivery partners to ensure a smooth and secure shipping experience.
All UK orders received before 3:00pm Monday to Friday are eligible for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after the daily cut-off time, on weekends, or during public holidays will be dispatched on the next available working day.
UK Delivery Options
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – Our standard UK delivery service.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery – Guaranteed next working day delivery to most UK locations.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 achieves next-day delivery on the majority of shipments; however, delivery times are not guaranteed unless Special Delivery has been selected.
If a parcel is believed to be lost in transit, Royal Mail requires a waiting period of up to 21 days before a formal claim can be processed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly during checkout to avoid delays in receiving tracking updates.
Refunds & Returns Policy
Due to the specialist nature of our products, returned items cannot be restocked or resold. Any products returned to us are disposed of responsibly in accordance with our internal quality and safety procedures.
As a result, The Peptide Archive operates a limited Refunds & Returns Policy. Refund or return requests may be declined under the following circumstances:
- More than 7 days have passed since the order was marked as delivered.
- The product has been opened, used, tampered with, or otherwise altered after delivery.
- A return has been requested but the product has not been returned as instructed.
- An order is reported as lost in transit and fewer than 21 days have passed since dispatch.
- A product is reported as damaged upon arrival without clear photographic evidence being provided within a reasonable timeframe.
- An order is reported as lost or damaged in transit and a completed Denial of Receipt Form has not been submitted when requested.
All refund and return requests are reviewed individually and handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

International Shipping Policy
The Peptide Archive ships to customers in a wide range of international destinations. If your country is not currently available during checkout, please contact us as alternative delivery options may be available.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws, regulations, and import requirements relating to research peptides and laboratory compounds within their jurisdiction.
International Dispatch & Transit
All international orders received before 3:00pm Monday to Friday (UK Time) are processed and dispatched the same working day wherever possible.
Delivery times vary depending on destination country and shipping method selected. Estimated transit times are displayed during checkout and should be considered approximate rather than guaranteed.
All international shipments are dispatched using tracked delivery services. Where transit temperatures are expected to exceed 30°C, optional cold-pack shipping may be available upon request for an additional charge.
Customs & Import Requirements
Customers must be prepared to cooperate with local customs authorities should additional information or documentation be requested. Any customs-related communication will be sent directly using the contact details supplied with the order.
The Peptide Archive cannot accept responsibility for customs delays, inspections, seizures, import restrictions, or any other actions taken by authorities within the destination country.
Import Duties & Taxes
Any import duties, taxes, tariffs, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other local charges remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping Issues
Where an international shipment is confirmed as lost in transit, we may offer either a 50% refund of the order value or a one-time replacement shipment at our discretion.
Replacement shipments are not eligible for additional reshipment or refund. Any banking fees, transaction charges, or payment processing costs associated with refunds may be deducted from the final refunded amount.
