These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Archive Bio. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Product Use
Products supplied by Archive Bio are intended for plant nutrition, cultivation, horticultural, and related growing applications only.
Products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s label, recommended application rates, safety information, and storage instructions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, our products are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical use, veterinary use, cosmetic use, or use as food or drink.
Customer Responsibility
By purchasing from Archive Bio, you accept responsibility for selecting products that are suitable for your plants, growing medium, water quality, cultivation system, and intended application.
Customers are responsible for the safe and lawful handling, storage, mixing, application, and disposal of all products ordered. Always read the product label before use and keep plant nutrients, supplements, and additives out of reach of children and animals.
Customers must ensure that their purchase and use of any product complies with all applicable local laws, regulations, and environmental requirements.
Product Information
Product descriptions, feeding information, application guidance, and technical details are provided for general informational purposes only. Growing results may vary depending on plant variety, environment, lighting, temperature, humidity, water quality, growing medium, application rate, and cultivation method.
Archive Bio makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability are accurate. However, packaging, formulations, labels, and manufacturer recommendations may occasionally change without prior notice.
Customers should always check the current product label and manufacturer’s instructions before use. Where information on the packaging differs from information displayed on our website, the manufacturer’s current label should be followed.
Orders & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance, payment confirmation, and product availability. Archive Bio reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order where a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, affected by a listing error, restricted for delivery, or suspected to have been ordered fraudulently.
An order confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order but does not constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs once the order has been processed and dispatched.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will contact you using the details provided during checkout and issue an appropriate refund for any unavailable items.
Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be received and cleared before an order is dispatched. Available payment methods may vary depending on checkout availability and payment-provider requirements.
Archive Bio reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched using tracked delivery services where available. Delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, public holidays, customs checks, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Archive Bio cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
Customers should inspect liquid containers, seals, caps, and outer packaging when an order arrives. Any damage, leakage, or missing items should be reported promptly with clear photographs of the product, packaging, and delivery label.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for confirming that plant nutrients, fertilisers, additives, rooting products, and other cultivation supplies may be lawfully imported into their destination country.
Archive Bio cannot accept responsibility for customs delays, inspections, seizures, rejected imports, local restrictions, duties, taxes, agricultural inspection charges, or other actions taken by authorities within the destination country.
Any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or local import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Shipping & Returns Policy and applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
Due to the nature of liquid feeds, powdered nutrients, biological products, additives, and other cultivation products, items that have been opened, unsealed, used, mixed, diluted, tampered with, or incorrectly stored may not be eligible for return.
Refund and return requests are assessed individually. Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team and ensure that products are securely packaged before being sent back.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.
Product Results
Archive Bio does not guarantee specific growth rates, yields, harvest results, rooting success, or improvements in plant health. Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including the customer’s environment, equipment, cultivation practices, plant condition, water quality, and product application.
Customers should test unfamiliar products on a limited number of plants before wider application, particularly when combining products from different manufacturers or feeding programmes.
Limitation of Liability
Archive Bio shall not be liable for loss or damage resulting from misuse, overapplication, incorrect mixing, incompatible product combinations, improper handling, unsuitable storage, unlawful use, failure to follow manufacturer instructions, or application outside the product’s intended purpose.
Customers accept responsibility for ensuring that products are selected, handled, stored, mixed, and applied safely and appropriately after delivery.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful under applicable UK legislation.
Environmental Responsibility
Customers should avoid overapplication and prevent concentrated products from entering drains, ponds, waterways, or natural habitats. Empty containers and unused products should be handled and disposed of in accordance with the product label and local waste regulations.
Changes to These Terms
Archive Bio reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version published on our website at the time an order is placed will apply to that purchase.
